Finally got the opportunity to start a resto project. I rescued a 77 HZ Statesman DeVille from a slow rusty death. I'm totally new to the game so forgive me if i seem a little slow. Im doing a complete custom resto. Most of the car is in excellent condition. Rust issues in the lower sills, and a few little spots here n there. Got a virgin blue 308 out of a VH to put in it. Its got a Turbo-Hydramatic 350 bell housing pattern, 330 stroker kit, 350 pistons on 327 conrods, Columbus cam, inlet & exhaust & four heads. The car also came fitted with LPG, which i think ill keep. Im considering just using the block and converting to unleaded. Thanx for all the input & advice guys. Its truly appreciated.
