For a 6 Cylinder Trimatic a full service will require 6 litres of ATF to fill it.

An 8 cylinder will require around 8 or 9 depending which Torque Converter is used.

[edit] Oil Change Filter Replacement:

2.2 litres of ATF are required for a routine Filter and Oil change.

Don't pour all the oil in straight away. Follow the steps in Re-Filling.
