Rocker Cover Spacer:

Fitting:

When fitting Roller Rockers it is necessary to raise the height of the Rocker Cover. This Spacer allows the original Rocker Cover to be used providing proper PCV Baffling.

We have roller rockers on the EH and I've always had a bit of trouble with the PCV picking up a bit of oil because the ally cover didn't have a baffle.
I got a 10mm ally spacer from AussieSpeed so I can use an original rocker cover with the roller rockers.
I also got some 30mm x 1/4" UNC allen head grub screws to use as studs for the rocker cover (35mm might have been better). They made life some so much easier installing a gasket, spacer, gasket, then the rocker cover. Everything just slipped straight on the grub screws.
It's then just a matter of holding the grub screw with an allen key and tightening the locknut down with a spanner.
A set of 8 grub screws and locknuts was $6.80 from the greatest nut and bolt shop in the world, Corahn & Co in Taree. Much cheaper than ebay.
The whole exercise didn't work out any dearer than a new alloy rocker cover and should work better.
Pictures attached.
