Blue/Black Timing Marks. Note the Timing Mark on the Harmonic Balancer bisects the Bolt Hole and rectangular arc on the Balancer Boss. This is the correct position for a Blue/Black Harmonic Balancer in good condition. A failed one may have the outer part of the Balancer rotated anticlockwise from the correct position.
