Brake Warning Light Stays On:

The Brake Warning Light indicates that a failure has occurred in the Braking system. As per the owner's manual this is a safety issue that must be addressed immediately and appropriately.

Brake Relines And Pad Maintenace:

When a Brake Reline or Disk Pad replacement is being performed on a Car, the Proportioning Valve can become activated and illuminate the Brake Warning Lamp on the Dash. To fix the problem it is necessary to unscrew and remove the Warning Switch, then fully reinstall it. This will reset the proportioning valve.
